The above-mentioned prices are per person per night including breakfast and local taxes.
A supplement of € 5 per person will be charged for short stays of less than 3 nights and for single rooms occupancy.
All rooms are non-smoking
We kindly ask our guests not to smoke in the rooms. Smoking is permitted on the balcony and terrace.
Arrive & departure
Arrival: after 11.00 am (Saturdays), departure: by 10.00 am (Saturdays)
Payment
We require a deposit of € 100 per booking to be transferred to our bank account. The remainder should be paid in cash on the evening prior to departure.
Cancellation conditions
Booking cancellations are only valid in writing.
Cancellations made more than 3 months prior to arrival are free of charge. Up to a month prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 3 nights will be made, within a month prior to arrival or early departure
a cancellation fee of 80 % of total cost of stay will be charged
Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
Travel Insurance
A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival and early departure cancellation charges will be made. Anything can happen (illness, accident etc ...). Therefore we recommend you take out Travel Insurance.
